This page has been inserted to help members with accessing the SPRCA blog and gives information amongst other things on how to retrieve a lost password.
If you have got this far you will already realise that the blog is hosted on the World Wide Web aka the Internet. That means that site is open to all to read however only SPRCA members can post to the blog or comment on posts.
On becoming a member an email is sent out giving your user name.
You do not need to log in to the blog to comment on an existing post – only to make a new post for others to read. However, although comments usually appear for everyone to see instantly, your very first comment will be held for “moderation”, i.e. it will be held pending approval by a site administrator – this helps to prevent any inappropriate comments by non-members and to ensure comments do not cause any distress or offence to anyone else.
- How to comment on an existing post:
It is as easy as clicking on the box at the top right hand-side of the post header to access the comment box as follows: (if you cannot read these images click on them to open full size in a new page and then click your computer’s back button to return to this page)
To comment complete the required boxes as follows:

– and when the new page opens complete the two boxes asking for your username and your password.
- How to create a new post (log-in required):
Log in as described above. The site will open and take you to the dashboard. Down the left hand-side you will see the label ‘Posts’. Click add new and complete the post as required not forgetting to select which category you want your post to show up in.
When completed click ‘Publish’ and log out in the top right-hand corner and you will see your post appear in the blog.

Members posting to this blog should be aware that any message that is offensive, insulting, defamatory, or that is in any way unacceptable to the forum moderators, may be edited, withdrawn from the forum, or deleted in its entirety.

As mentioned above comments are usually moderated. However, we do not accept any legal responsibility for the content of any comment posted.

Within five minutes or so (usually quicker), you will receive an e-mail containing a reminder of your user name and a link to click. Ladies & Gents,
I just wanted to give you a quick update regarding the Heather Cooper appeal, before I disappear up the motorway to complete the final fund raising event.
The collective combined effort is currently at £38,000.00, which is outstanding.
I’ll let you know in the coming weeks the total amount so please bear with me, as I’ve still got a day job.
