Very sad news. John was very much part of Addlestone CID in the old ‘A’ Division days.

    Sincere condolences to his family.

Sorry to hear the sad news of John’s passing. I well remember playing both football and cricket with him during our time together at Addlestone, he was very good at both. We worked together on the same section and I also remember showing him round when he first joined.

My thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

I did not get to know John but it is always sad to lose a colleague and it must have been tough on his family to see him go like that. My deepest sympathies to all who knew and loved him especially close friends and family.
Wish someone would write a obituary for him. Just being part of the Surrey Burglary Squad, an extremely effective and dynamic unit if ever there was one is worth a go? Come on someone!
